I just recently joined but have been reading the forum for a couple of years. I first found the forum when I was researching how to do stone scales on knifes.
I wanted to thank Michael for his tutorials and instructions. I found them very helpful. Saved me a lot of time to learn the skills.
Here is a Scharde that I did for a friend, it was the knife that he wanted for hunting. The stone is wonderstone from Fallon Nevada. The Fallon wonderstone can be much more solid and harder that other wonderstone.
