El Dorado County Mineral And Gem Show This Weekend
« on: October 12, 2015, 08:49:25 PM »
The show is this weekend in Placerville, CA and it is a great show as usual. We will be displaying our case there, again as usual.
This new cab that I finished this week will be in our case.

Hooverville Orchards a few miles north of Placerville on Hwy. 49 is owned by my sister.  The bake shop is leased by another sister and the orchard is leased and managed by one of my brothers.  The ranch is ran with about 6 employees and NO illegal workers are ever employed although the two most experienced pruners and grafters are brothers here in the US legally from Mexico.

If you want some of the best fruit grown in California it is worth the drive out there.  The ranch located at the very end of Wallace Road - 1100 Wallace Road.  Let them know I sent you......  :-)

Michael,
Is this anywhere near the Apple Hill area? We always go there when we attend the Placerville show.

Bobby,
When I lived in Pine Grove I tried going to that show several times but never got past the wineries on the way there.

Apple Hill is further up Hwy 50 towards Lake Tahoe.  Hooverville Orchards is "in" Placerville.  Outside the city but mail is addressed to "Placerville".
