An unexpected find.
« on: October 07, 2017, 02:35:09 PM »

The other day i was back in the woods behind my house with my family hunting for mushrooms. I stepped in between two cedar trees and looked down and thought to myself no frickin way..till i reached out and picked it up. No creeks anywhere nearby.i wonder how it got there and if its worth digging some dirt to look for more.rps20171007_143436.jpg

I have had ravens steal lots of beach agates. They will even take them out of the bucket and line them up to decide which they take away.

You're lucky, here they just spread the garbage around.

Nice little find! Did your area see any glacial activity?

I honestly have no real idea about glacial activity in the area. mt rainier is about a 2 hour drive from me give or take.
