The only mine I know of that flooded and could no longer be worked was the Hall Mine at Villa Grove Colorado.  Still can't be worked as the main area i under many feet of water and draining the mine is not allowed due to potential contamination of a trout stream running next to the property.

Material looks close to some of the material from there but as we all know, that is no way to identify turquoise locations.
