January West Texas Bouquet Agate hunts
« on: February 18, 2017, 02:55:09 PM »

Well I had a couple of amazing trips!  We found 4 new spots on the ranch for Bouquet and several were untouched.  I have sorted most of the material and started cutting some of the don't knows to great success.  The Red Bouquet that has 5 pics was tall allowing for quite a few slabs and before cutting just had a pink spot on both ends that looked like it could be moss or plume.  These are all from the same ranch road as I haven't started cutting any from the other roads, I like to keep them separate.  With the exception of the 5 pic nodule the rest were dug from a 5' square spot with many many more uncut so far.

The detail is low because of trying the get the image size low enough for the post.  I have a bunch more that have been cut and not posted to my website so when I get these done I will add these and the others in higher resolution to my website but might be a month or so.

Enjoy, God I love that ranch.
