Le Bourget flat lap

I AM TRYING TO LOCATE ANY INFO ON A LE BOURGET FLAT LAP MACHINE OR THE COMPANY THAT MANUFACTURED
IT. I BELIEVE THE MANUFACTURER WAS EAST WING TOOL CO.
