new to me 20 inch slab saw.
« on: September 13, 2014, 05:50:09 PM »

My saw spilled oil on my patio for the last time today. Just picked up this old beast of an auto feed saw today with a twenty inch blade and a used sixteen for $350 from the rock shop.

installed a new bung hole in it today.
Now to cross fingers that i no longer have oil dripping on my patio.

Got 4 gallons of oil today, have to wait until next pay period for four more.
Think i will buy a couple or three 1 foot by 1 foot patio blocks and throw them in it flat to take up space.

a few bricks in the bottom of the sump should do the trick, no use the oil sitting there doing nothing :) looks like it's good to go.

I got four gallons of fresh oil. Supposedly takes eight..
Bricks should raise the level so less oils are needed.
