Lovely organic shape, it complements the stone's lines very well. I would be terrified of cracking the top of the hole though!

Love that Badger Pocket opalized sycamore!  I still have a wee bit of it in my hoard. Great pattern and shape in your bead.

Here's one Badger Pocket sycamore cab I cut.  I have others along with a few slabs squirreled away.  Wish there was more of it available.

It's pretty stuff but I posted it because I thought Lithic's bead was made from the same material -- no intent to hijack the thread.  Apparently petrified sycamore results in exceptional patterns no matter the source.
