Coral Buck 113 Straight Blade
« on: September 07, 2020, 05:55:15 PM »

I just finished up a Buck 113 in Indonesian Coral.  I chose a nice rich colored slab to use.  Because it is a single bolster I used Loctite 325 with 7075 activator as the bond.  120 - 14000 grit on the wheels and Optical Cerium on rough leather.  I then went back and used tripoli on the brass Bolster.

That is just plain gorgeous.  I think that one is my favorite.  The piece is so well finished it looks like the knife and bolster were meant for each other.
