Please Help Identify Lapidary Equipment
« on: April 15, 2015, 02:58:46 PM »

I hope someone can help me identify these items.  These were used by a friend of mine, who is now deceased, and his family has no idea what they are  or what they may be worth.  Can anyone help with identification and a "guesstimate" of value?  It would be much appreciated.  I don't know how to insert pictures so I've attached them.  Hope it works!  Thanks in advance for any help!

Maybe $250 for the grinder -trim saw unit but that is very close to the new price. The green cabbing unit would be around $400 at the most. Often you can find these units for appreciably less but the cabbing unit is quite desirable and would elicit interest. The other unit is not as desirable, they are not a popular combination.

Thank you for the information.  It is very much appreciated.  If anyone in the greater Chicago area has a use for these I'm sure she would take pretty much any offer.  Just let me know.  Thanks again.

Craigs list seems like a fast way to move these. Good luck.
