Local used 6" cab King - advice?
« on: September 01, 2016, 04:29:54 PM »

Other than the basics of bearings, wheel wear, etc. are there different versions? Any areas that tend to have problems, etc?

It's listed for 899, which seems a little high unless the wheels are fairly new. Thinking 700 or so?

Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Early model had really bad water supply.  All wheels got water at same time.  They went to individual valves after that.  Motors almost as expensive as Diam. Pacific so check it out well.

Thanks to both. The seller says all wheels are on the same feed but each wheel has its own cut off valve. Would this be the newer version?

Lithic, what did you not like about the water supply? Interested to know if it was lack of individual shutoffs or something else.

Thanks!
