Working The Back Of A Cab
« on: July 09, 2017, 10:43:12 AM »

I did a presentation last Sunday at our club general meeting on how to make circles on the back of a cab.
I finished the work on it yesterday. The material is my favorite  - milky chalcedony.
I really like how it came out.

How do I get Photobucket to allow me to post a photo?

You may want to move your photos to Flickr if you want to share them for free.  Hopefully they won't change that.

I think I still have an account there. Worked OK, but when I was using it, it was fairly slow to upload images. Another possibility that you can use with or without an account is postimage.org - seems fairly quick.

Lots of folks on Gemology Online use imgur.com for their photos.  They swear it's the best.  I've never used it, but here's the info if you're interested in checking it out:

Why not just post the photos on this site?

Why not just post the photos on this site?

Jerry

Same as,  Craig's list / Ebay /  to host photos for selling inventory

Bob,

Here's the link on how to use the "embed unit" so your pictures will show up here.

Use this:
https://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/

You can register a domain name and then easily set up a hosting account. Cost is minimal since you only pay for the traffic that hits the website. If you are just using it for image hosting your cost is pennies per month. (You will however incur a one time cost to register the domain name.)

Does  this work? I just figured out how to resize a photo on my Windows Photo Gallery, so this is my first try to attach a photo without #@*&!! Photobucket!
