Vug in Massive Ferruginous Quartz- Sanders co. MT

Self-collected. The small vugs are often filled with a hygorophobic chalky hematite that leaves a red skin on the points. This cutie had something else happen and turned a lovely Spessartinesque orange. Crystal point scale is 4mm or so.
