Willow Creek Jasper on a Silver Nickel Buck 110
« on: November 11, 2017, 08:48:46 PM »

Willow Creek Jasper is one of the very best stones in the world to work with in my opinion.  This pattern is simply incredible and all of the lines are totally solid too.

I have to agree with your assessment of Willow Creek and that pattern is stunning on that knife.  Way to go, Michael!   :icon_thumleft:

That's one of the things I love about Willow Creek -- the endless variations in the patterns.  Each stone is always unique.   :icon_sunny:

This stone is on a private claim in Idaho owned by Larry Ridley.  He mines it himself and sells at the Prineville and Madras shows in June/July.

He also sells directly from his shop (Larry's Rock & Gems; 208-853-1804) behind his home in Boise, ID.

He also makes cast brass belt buckle blanks available in various sizes in red, white and yellow brass. The photo shows some of my inventory.  No, I get no commission or other consideration from him. Just like the product.

He also sells at Quartzsite every year.

Yes plus Larry sells the buckles both finished and the unfinished that you add your stone. He puts the stone into the buckle and cabs it all at the same time. He has a house in Q and enjoys the winter warmth there.
