Prizmatic faceting equipment
« on: February 14, 2017, 07:42:48 PM »

I am buying some used equipment and with it have a chance to get a prizmatic faceting machine with lots of extras, books, manuals, laps etc,  is it a good machine?   Is there anything I should check on it for wear etc ?   I have cut cabs for 40 years but the faceting is totally new to me.  Any help or opinions is very much appreciated.

I believe the Prismatic is no longer being made, but Zane at Polymetric says he has repaired and made parts for them.  See this link:  http://www.polymetricinc.com/prismatic_information.htm

Zane is a wonderful guy and I'm sure he can help you out with questions you have about the machine.
