I it wise to use one of these

I was wanting to know would it be wise to use a pressure washer on the big rocks i find to clean them?
A small one Like you would use on a car. Sometimes their is a lot on and covering the rock as in dirt.

my brother asked me why i dont use one on them.

No problem as long as they're big enough that you won't have to chase them all over the yard when the water blast hits them. For smaller rocks, keep them contained in something like a laundry basket. The type with holes in the sides & bottom to let the mud & crud out.
