Chipboard Rhyolite Q series
« on: June 20, 2018, 06:01:21 PM »

This one is seriously cool, it's  busy, busy, busy! It might be in the top five now. 4"
I had to post all the sides and top and bottom lol

Hang in there folks I'm almost out of unposted quartzite material. I managed to get this one done before I head out rockhounding again for the second weekend in a row.

I'm in! Next year at the Q for sure I'll leave my Ford home its jinxed.  It really has semi shine but its has so many little sections to it you can't tell. My wife says it's her favorite (until the next one lol)
I have a cube set aside for you Jhon, I have one more rock to cut and Ill send you a care package

I bought a chunk of this at Q a couple years ago.  I've slabbed it but don't recall if I've cut a cab yet.  But it makes for a fantastic sphere!
