I find a lot of jasper and agate in this area someone suggested possibly opal?

I agree with the potential for it to be a jasper.  However there are also a lot of limestone deposits with colorful banding in Texas and most of the Southwest.  So it would be good to know the hardness as that will help with an ID.

Looks like a Ironstone concretion to me.  Looks like a lot of the Yowah nuts from Queensland Australia.

It looks like alot of banded opal I see, just more colorfull. Not jasper If it can be scraped with a Knife.

If it scrapes with a knife, definitely not Jasper.  It could be a type of limestone or a banded opal.  However some of the opal is fairly hard.  On an area of the rock you don't care about put a couple drops of vinegar.  If it fizzes and bubbles, you have limestone.  If it doesn't fizz, probably the banded opal.
