thunder egg half
« on: July 29, 2017, 05:12:19 AM »

So, i got around to toying around with my new flat lap machine.
8 inch hi-tech machine.

I brought it out of the shed, set it up and went to my t-egg pile.
Seen a little bit of blue and placed this on the 100 grit, then a bunch of step later i had a 1400 grit polished flat surface.
First flat surface for me. still have a few steps to go for a pristine polish but i had to share it here.

I love the ocean on a moonless night.

Very pretty t-egg, Randy.  My flat lap is the only way I can get a flat back on my cabs.  They are irreplaceable for that purpose!   :DRUNKS:
