I recently purchased a Cabston 280 wheel off of e bay.  Comes from Lithuania.  So far so good a wheel as Nova, and considerably cheaper.

Bob, would you care to share that person's name?  It would be beneficial to have a choice.  Thanks!

The question about the other person's name was referring to whomever is also doing wheel resurfacing.

For new wheels Ron's Rocks does typically have the lowest prices.

There is a thread here somewhere that goes into great detail of how to resurface your own for pennies on the dollar..... You'll have to search for it.
