Gentleman put this photo up on facebook, i asked what it was, he said he wasnt sure so i asked if i could put it up here for id. So what is it found in the riffe lake area of washington state

To me it looks like an agate that has been dyed.  Doesn't look like any location that I know of.

I have two guesses:

1.  Pietersite
2.  Labradorite

Not sure if either are native to your area.
