Have not been here in quite some time.
Had a busy summer, and over the last month, a lot of time was taken up planing for the first time ever visit of a relative from my Austrian side here in Hong Kong. and a BBQ for nearly 20 people, up at the cabin. All done now. Was nice, but way to stressful to do regularly.
All said, I still found some time in between to tinker with some stones.
Continued to work on some breakaway from the slag received from England.....

And for our monthly challenge: I set out to make a leaf from a stone I found at one of our beaches here; still no idea what it is, but suspect it might be some type of amethrine.
Then, thought of it as rather plain, and made a Fire Agate bug and a tiger-eye frog to fill the picture.
In the picture, sanded up to 2000 grit paper (still not polished to-date)

Now, there should be more time for stones coming up.......
Thanks for looking, remain with best regards, Kurt
