Title: Oregon Coast Agate Hunting
Post by: hiltmo on November 19, 2017, 01:45:39 PM
Hey all,

The winter storms are coming in and the agate gravels are really showing here in Lincoln City.  If you're in the area, or want to plan a trip, I'll give you my treasure map to put you on the good spots! You might also find clam fossils or petrified wood.

I hope I'm not violating any commercialization rule, but if you have your RV, join us at Premier RV Resort.

Best of the Oregon Coast is Lost Creek State Park.!

For Blue an Black agate, and a few clear common agate. many different types of fossil out at low tide.

Go North is best.  If sand is deep, That's fine Dig in sand ONLY. next to the rock wall.

Do not dig in floor nor bluff.
