UCF Pendant
« on: December 11, 2017, 02:47:39 PM »

Done in Apache gold with 14k gold filled wire. Admittingly I suck at wire wrapping but my normal silver would not work in this case. Its a gift for my wife's boss who is a massive UCF fan(who are 12-0 this year) and we will be seeing them at the Peach Bowl getting their butts kicked by Auburn. We are just hoping to get some points on the board, anything else is a bonus.

I think you did a fabulous job with it!  Not sucky at all.  She will love it!

Really like the way you oriented the pattern. That pendant is a winner for sure.

Outstanding!
I found someone that has 100 lbs of this stone hoarded away. She is going to sell me a piece big enough to cut into a sphere. Excited and I should get plenty of slabs too.

Thanks for the support guys. It was my first wrap in about a year so I was trying to remember how to do things as I was doing it. Now I can say I have worked in gold lol.

Nice wire wrap and a very good job on the Apache gold.  That stuff is filthy to work with and can have major problems with undercutting and the black not polishing well.
