Best investment I ever made. Don't get a cheap one though. I did... lasted 2 years at $300.00 now I have a durston..... there a grand but will last a lifetime.

it such a pleasure to look over your works of art.   i love absolutely every part of them, from the stone types and colors to the hand crafted silver.   one of your ear ring sets looks like the edge was braided in silver but i know thats just a play in the shine on the bezel. 

the stones what are they: first one looks like turkey turquoise, the second like chalcedony, the third sonora, the rest unknown.   Is some of them bone?  the one with stripes looks like those layers of paint from a detroit car factory.  unsure of the name it sells under.  but i know it's not.  i've seen very few agates with tight stripes like that before.  how far off am in naming them?

Thank you for the kind words. 1st one is purple Mojave turquoise(chips of turquoise dyed and stabilized back together along with bronze filling) 2nd- Ethiopian Opal(for some reason the pic showing the color didn't show up) 3rd- Sonora Sunrise 4th- Velvet Obsidian 5th- Fordite/Detroit Agate(the car paint) The three sets of earrings are Elk Ivory(do a lot of work with them since moving back to Wyoming) Bracelet is Apache Turquoise.
Not sure on the size of the pics. I usually shrink to the smallest size to upload cuz it's faster.... but don't think I did on these.

I tried a different idea for Elk teeth.  My neighbors daughter works as a wolf biologist for Yellowstone and wanted some jewelry made from a wolf Elk kill.  I cross cut the tooth and took some colorful Aussie Opal and crushed it into small pieces and then filled the centers of the teeth and sealed them and then polished for some unique earrings.
