Noreena Pendant
« on: January 04, 2019, 06:17:36 AM »

This little guy started as a larger piece that I was at a loss as to create a shape that complemented the color and grain pattern so...I cut it in two and the rest is history. It's kind of a oval/round shape. About 2" long amd 3/8" at its widest. Photos are front and back.

That is a difficult shape to blend with a pattern but this stone works incredibly well.

Beautiful stones and designs.  I really like Noreena, but that stupid 50/60/70's??? song starts playing in my head when I do. Dates me I guess.

Got a bunch of it in Tuscon last year.  Gave some away to my Rock Sensei in Everette, WA this summer.  He never saw it before, and really found it to be fascinating material.

That is really awesome!  The combination of the shape and the pattern is spot on.
