During his lesson yesterday, he made 3 pendants and a cab.  I'll post the pendants separately.  I gave him a low grade piece of Australian opal figuring that that would be a safe option.  Unfortunately his cab was absolutely beautiful and the lack of fire in the stone is my fault, not his. I should have given him better rough!  A very fine first effort.

aww shucks thanks for the compliments! i still think its the bees knees as the kids say.. i will always remember my lessons and time spent with frank everytime i see this piece. I WILL cherish it forever.  :)
