Here is one I cut while in residence in Young Harris, Georgia at "William Holland school of Lapidary Arts" in 2011. A cut corner square. 10.6 x 10.6 x 7.6 mm. 5.17 cts.

Actually I got the name wrong, it is called "Easy Square Emerald" by Ernie Hawes, from New Mexico. 41 facets + 8 on girdle = 49. Four fold, mirror-image symmetry, using a 96 index.

Very nice indeed!!!    I hounded some at Emerald Hollow mine here in NC. Always wondered what it would look like faceted. Mine is in s quartz, tourmaline, garnet, schist type lump and you have to saw it out.
