Hubbard Basin Wood Scrap
« on: March 07, 2019, 07:26:05 PM »

It's been a long time since I posted a cab, so I thought this would be a good one. Had a really wedge shaped piece of rough - this is the "heel", and what I salvaged from it.

Last shot is just to show the shine this stuff takes at 3000 grit.

Thanks. This stuff will actually get a lot better when I run it up to final polish. Anything that shines like this at 3000 grit is a treat to work with.

Great cab, a super shine. What was your final grit and or polish material!

Sorry for the slow reply - been getting ready for our club's annual "big show".

The cab was done on the Genie, and the last wheel used before the photo was the 3000 Nova.
