Welcome! My opinion would be that it is a natural piece since there is no bleed into the quartz.

I agree with stonemon, looks natural to me.  Also for dyed they probably wouldn't pick a brownish color as that is the common color of Brazilians.  Normally they dye them crazy colors like bright blue, green, yellow, purple.
