These images are from a very enjoyable time spent cutting this material. I cut on  a flat lap and finish in a UV-18 vibe.

Very nice! Was vibe just for the polish, or did you run some finer grits in there too? Do you use any fillers?

I do a rough shape on 60 and 180 flat lap and finish in the vibe with 110/220, 500, 1000 and 14,000 polish  in a 50% small media mix which includes 2 tbl borax each cycle. 2 or 4 days to remove sxratches on rough grind and 2 days on the other cycles.
