Got some nice Porcelain jasper from James
red camel?
no...dead Falcon?....  wait er..um..

I prefer to stick to jasper from the Dead Camel Mountains. There are so many forms there it would be a hassle to have to name every single variation individually.

Appreciate the simple naming.

Best names should say just what you did. Give info on mineral and locality. All the "imaginative" names that don't say anything useful about the rock annoy the crap outta' me.

Dead Camel annoyed me until I did some research and found out the history of the area. The majority of people who've asked what the cabs are have been repulsed by the name. At least now I can give them the background info.
