Durmorierite Canoe
« on: August 15, 2020, 04:15:08 PM »

I am thinking of taking it back to the wheels to get the polish up a bit.  I used Cerium on Rough leather but might try Chrome on hard leather.  Also the small abrasions on the bolsters is just from a paper towel used to dry, seems to happen more the higher the polish I put on the metal.  I might go back to a 2k brushed finish of strait tripoli with no rouge.

Thanks everyone!  Need to strip the scales and grind the pins to prep some more for new scales (the part I like the least).
