Very interesting Llarimar with two very distinct elements to focus on rather than the all over focus of most larimar I have seen.

NP, always nice to have another set of eyes looking!  One of the great things about forums, right!

Steve, that's it, thank you! Quite strange that this is the only option across so many suppliers I've looked at.

I looked on Kingsley and see a flange washers 3/4" x 2" or are you looking for spacers for between the wheels?  Not sure by flange if you are talking a flange washer or a spacer which also meets the definition of flange.

If I still had access to a lathe I would make some for you.  I wanted custom widths on my Titan so bought the ABS rod and machined my own.  With retirement I lost my machine shop access.  Once the new house is done and I set up the lapidary shop, I will then address the machining needs in my steel barn.  It seems like someone out there should have the right size for you.  Are you looking for ABS I assume?  What is the width you are looking for?

I will be putting 6-inch wheels onto a 3/4-inch shaft, and am at my wits' end trying to source decent quality 2 in. OD flanges anywhere in Canada or the U.S.

Lapidarymart, Kingsley North, Johnsons Brothers all have some, but wrong sizes (3 in. OD fits 8-inch wheels, but will not sit flat on the center ridge of the Nova-style 6-inch wheels). I even tried Grainger and McMaster-Carr, and some "blade stiffener" products for wood saws, but nothing in 3/4 x 2 size seems to be available.

Progress from last night.  Started the earrings.  Pendant is done except I need to make a tassel for it yet.

Just have a go, see what you can do with it, if it is very schistose it will be a exercise in frustration and learning, sometimes the core of those smaller pieces can be really high quality. That said I often face polish them and keep as specimens
