I have a number of specimens that I use for jewelry and don't know any of them. Here are the first three due to the 2000KB limit.

To me it looks like the first one is just plain quartz, the second citrine, and the last one some pretty dark amethyst. I'm in no way an expert, so let's see what others have to say.

On second thought, the second one doesn't have the usual shape for citrine.

I am pretty sure the third one is not Amethyst because it is dark blue and Amethyst is probably the only one I would recognize. Here are the next few.

The blue one is (3rd) is Azurite on malachite, the second looks like vandinite or wulfenite. Too hard to call the 1st one, quarts is most likely but from the picture so could a whole host of other minerals.

The 4th is most likely pyrite, or another sulphide.

the 5th looks like chalcopyrite on quartz, look up Peru for a source of this type of stuff.

Barite os also possible for the 2 orange specimens

The second one of the second set, is it heavy? I have something like that that a far more knowledgeable person says, as someone suggested, barite. Does it fluoresce?

Will a UV light work the same as a Black Light? The UV I have I use for curing glue.

Black light is UV light. It depends on the length of the UV lightwaves. The longer the wave the closer it is to visible light. Glues are cured by UV in the 395nm range. That is good for some fluorescent minerals. Barite most often fluoresces  yellow under LW, so your glue light might work. A good UV light with the proper filters, costing about $300, would work better.
