Something like that, i might cut a thin slice or two and then just place the chunk somewhere to sit and admire.  I love to preserve really sweet pieces of stone.  As lapidary and collectible stone gets harder and harder to find, i like to think that i may end up with a piece or two that are all that are left of some stone and are one of a kinds.  I have seen quite a few varieties of stone that was rare to start with or had the heck sold out of it, and you see it less and less.  Tiffany is one of those and unless they start finding more somewhere, it will get to the point where you can't buy it anymore.  It could be a good while still, but eventually there will be less and less available, especially the better quality stuff.  One of my fantasies is to one day open a stone museum that contains both lapidary and collectible stone.  There are so many lapidary stones that are incredibly beautiful but not appreciated at the same rate as collectible mineral specimens.  I would display slabs all over the place and cover the walls and ceilings with them.  Maybe someday, wait, i already do this at home, guess i have my little museum already.
