This was a commission piece I did. Crazy lace agate with a nice druzy in it.

Very easy on the eye. A lot of wraps overwhelm the stone and do not have a focus. The small details on the edge ease the visual impact of the wrap and then you have a focal point that leads to visual strength above it .Very nice.

Elegant - nicely compliments the stone.
One of the nicest wire-wrappings I have seen

Thank you both. I try hard to wrap and make the stone the focus (as it should be). I have found that most folks like the simpler is better approach when it comes to wrapping. I myself love weaving wire, so I do a woven bail to satisfy my need to weave. It's kind of become my signature around here. :icon_sunny:

The weave is clean and beautiful and calls just enough attention to itself. First wrap I have unreservedly liked.

I'm hard pressed to figure out which I love more - the stone or the wrap. Both are gorgeous! :icon_sunny:
I like how you centered the druzy pocket in the stone. :love7:

Thanks! I had originally planned to use that stone for something for myself eventually, but a friend of Vince's sister was in town from Germany and she always comes over to see what we have and buys quite a bit, so when she saw that stone and asked me if I could wrap it for her, I couldn't say no. She is a rock lover extraordinaire and loves to "commune" with the stones.
