i made this with the edges of my wheels, was a real challenge because one slip and a gouge was sent across the surface. needless to say, i never got every scratch out, but it is ok for a 1st attempt

You might enjoy his group. You get hooked it could be expensive , carving isn't expensive compared to other lapidary but lots of new tools required to go beyond where you are now. I like it , it made me smile.

We got a very small number of contributors, but most have fun experimenting.
Peter as example comes up with lots of conceptual designs, and it a blast watching how and what he does.
The challenges are more about challenging ourselves than competing against each-other.

I think it's amazing for just using the edge of your wheels! Very simple form, but very attractive! I really like it. :icon_sunny:

First attempt, I'm impressed. It takes some skill getting used to the tools and material. Can't wait to see your next attempt.
