Title: The latest pile ready to work...
Post by: JRAGS on August 26, 2014, 08:00:04 PM
Going to try some thing new for a change. Going to mix some pet wood, some Montana  moss agate and some carnelian with a little stained glass and some drift wood. Kinda want to mix colors up a bit. Variety is at least different....

I have a rock that might work well for you. I will try to get a shot with transmitted light tomorrow and post it.

Ok, Next step is the base a frame.. I found a real nice piece of light colored Petrified Wood for the base and just have to figure out how to delicately drill a 1/4inch hole thru it to hold the drift wood frame. Here's photos of the base and frame. Hope you like.. (  I think this is going to be a great looking luminary )
