Thanks for the article.  I lived right outside of Chicago for 50 years and had never heard of this critter.

 When I was a kid in N.J. I was swimming in a river and had a lamprey get in my bathing suit. They are revolting looking animals, it sent a shiver down my spine. I feel sorry for the creatures who had to live with the tully monster.
