Title: tealight candle holder
Post by: cobbledstones on May 08, 2016, 06:19:55 PM
I wantrd to try drilling some blind holes for a future project, so I made a tealight candle holder out of graveyard point agate.  I started by drilling 1.5" holes 9/16" deep, then i drilled a series of 12mm cores the same depth and chipped out the cores.  Fresh flowers from the garden too, pardon my dust.

Excellent design  and your usual quality work. That is very striking.

What a great idea.  That is beautiful!  Love the fresh flowers, too.   :icon_sunny:

Lovely piece and that's a stunning way to display the pattern in the stone!
