Title: Tube Agate?

I picked up some misc. small slabs at a show a few years ago for $.50 ea.. Basically the same shape as now, just rounded it off and cabbed . Question is, what is it and from where?

Looks like a tube/plume combo.  I'd almost wager a variety of Montana Agate, but I am far from positive on that ID.
