Wow! Thats a beauty!
-
Is it a tumble cab? It's really wild colored!
-
outstanding, did you find it already finished? If you just cut it you should enter it in the cab contest!
-
This was in a box of preforms I got when I purchased the remaining stock of a closed rock shop a while back. It was crudely roughed out so I finished the cut. The previous owner had it marked for a 40x30mm but I couldn't bring myself to remove that much material from this one.
I failed to get any before shots of the slab so I will have to cut something else to put in the contest.
The piece is really a beauty.
I hope to find many more like this when I start cutting into all those Lucky Strikes I got in the same buy.... :dontknow:
I cut it on my 8" Cab King.
Thanks for all the kind words!
