Everyone, please use the newer add on i just found and installed.
One thing with this SMF add on, you HAVE to resize ALL images uploaded to 800x600 as the forum will not resize the images automatically.

upload an image like normal, then type out what you want, hit enter/shift to mark your cursor under what you typed in, then next to the browse button hit the  (Insert Attachment 1) link.
then hit Enter/Shift again to start typing for another image.

no images will show under the post as normal when you select the Insert Image 1-15 option.

Still, maximum of 15 images per post.

I have uninstalled the other ad-laden add on.
