Hi everyone! I'm in the process of restoring a 18" Highland Park slab saw, and I'm not sure how the Power Feed nut clamps on. I suspect there may have been two different split nut designs. The photo on the HP Parts store (attached below) looks different than the parts that came on my vise. Does any one have a pic of the other style they could post for me?
The photo from HP:

The picture you have is from the new HP Lapidary which makes their saws over seas and based on the original HP Manufacturing saw design. The original HP saws were strong and the parts can be purchased from Diamond Pacific which has the original molds and parts. The new HP parts do not fit according to Diamond Pacific because the new saws were reverse engineered and when you pull a mold from a part due to shrinkage of the mold the parts don't match. Call Diamond Pacific to see if they have the parts you need. When the half nuts on my 18" went out I called DP to get them since the new HP took 4 months and still didn't get me replacements and that's when I found out that the new HP has NO affiliation with the original saws. I did find out though that if you have an ORIGINAL HP saw DP has the half nuts needed - they run about 80.00 I think he said.

Is this what you're looking for? They have them for $80.00, too:

I think mine are in good shape, I just needed a photo of it assembled to make sure I had all of the parts. I have to make a big parts order with HP, so this project will take me a while while I raise the dosh needed.
