Good for more than just pretty rocks I find more often than not a incredible calming while out hounding a beach. Here in the puget sound you get such a wide array you never know what you will find. I've been getting out a bit the last month here in different areas and all have been productive outtings. Mostly been out for jade but always an eye for interesting stones. Now heres a crap load of pictures :-) (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/60c6a5edcd8a4422ea0e3e6b4665d1a1.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/b8c4334fdd21d58902803894ca603c87.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/a4efe76570f81f415ef5fe255968f72a.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/1698fb536e204dab056c0809df85862d.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/d248f59a638991dc01532aaaf41941d2.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/f7712ef3efa511b44c448faa83ba1cd8.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/bd603b8c066db575ab83c5c19f59e0b6.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/b06e739d3a72c6c28d194c42abf77ddd.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/c2deb433ec3b475b8304d4f963ac7112.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/b42cce7ee08e15ddea82b7d226e36b24.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/dee96f448444ed0f68932621f7248819.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/e910c196bcacebc665969f45fe0cd166.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/180750a726d181e3c4c19f2edcf5f852.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/62ff0bc38595c0a56bb8fcbda257f63e.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/49d0b4f336554c43aa4c12a8ae15c0e2.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/8ed4dca86e7b0ceb740676aaf0957e4f.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/31b599329e5b6c68f368a5cc53ab1d4c.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/edd6d25f8518bc5407af7589eb245a29.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/488df3b34d852c87599f1fd29de148a8.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/fe7d6b60b12cf15cc1cb27e0d624e042.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/af579eb7dfd7844e5ec40a616682e7b9.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/7491af86953960fb9c7804ce3864e2b8.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/36c68117f95a0797d3779d5384278584.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/9cd7055c042cd1479617f2d264c26bd9.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/7132752cc5c5b7b7424e7e5b20d3c811.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170505/a558448e97183359263ce37828c55d79.jpg)

I was only there once, but it was a great experience. Thanks for the pictures.

Did you find Jade? (nephrite not serpentine)
Is that your Brittany in the one picture?
-
Beagle thank you. He is well trained ( the dog is not ) and did find lots of nephrite.
-
At first look, nearly all the material looks exactly like that stuff we got around here, so, I wonder as to why we do not have any nephrite around.
-
The picture where the dog was way out in the distance, he looked like a Brittany. The ears looked fuzzy like a Brittany. Beagles are good sweet dogs, usually a little independent
I bought Washington Jade off of eBay, twice and both times it was serpentine. I was starting to think that there isn't any real jade. Haven't been willing to try it again.

poobas sells the real stuff or you can send me your address.

Our jade comes from not to far away in the cascade mountains so I would suspect that if you have jade nearby as well that it could be mixed in with your beach stones if there are outlets to the sea as is the case here.
