Thats pretty cool.  When I was a kid we lived in Northern Utah and used to spend our summers at an amusement park called 'Lagoon'.  Sometime in the early 70's they opened a new area of the park called "Pioneer Village", a mock-up of an old west town.  In it they had a dentist office complete with the old dentists chair and tools, including the old mechanical drill.  I remember thinking how horrifying it was to imagine having that thing drilling on my teeth in the days before novacaine!!  It made a real impression on me and I've never forgot how grateful I am to live in modern times!

Never seen one like that before! But if you don't have electricity it would ne a good tool!
