Nice. I'll admit to having hounded along road cuts, though the police take a dim view along highways. Been through several embankments in that area, but mostly found agates.

the  the tailing   were dump on private land
Jack Rose ask them to dump it their.

   it was  collected on blast day  Jack ask them to dump around the corner.
   
    I worked for ODOT in the 80s. 
 Omaha orange an flat black, at the shops on state st.

    if pavement is on road bed. drive on.

Interesting road cut material.  If the silicate content is high enough to get a high polish on the cabachons, then you scored off that discovery.  Slab and cab some.
