This pendant was an issue for me bc I originally had a 6mm oval faceted back with cabachon front Garnet. As soon as I changed it to a faceted square 8mm Garnet I had no problems doing this pendant.

did you facet the garnet yourself? how long have you been wire wrapping?
-
No I did not facet the garnet. I have a rock hound friend that collects and sells jewelry/gems & crystals on ebay. I have been doing jewelry on and off for 40 yrs. I repair vintage jewelry especially dealing with stringing and pot metal. I have only been wrapping for a couple of months. I don't like doing what everyone else does (although its beautiful). I decided to do my own style in an organic fashion while caging.
