Has anybody here converted their Titan to a water pressure spray system? I much prefer the water feed system on my 8" Raytech grinders to the "spitter" system on the Titan. I met a guy at Quartzsite who told me he had done so with some spray nozzles from Home Depot but I did not write down the info and when I went to HD I couldn't find any I thought serviceable for my purpose. I do think water feed to the wheels is a better system than the Diamond Pacific system for cooling, lubrication, and wheel life.

All you really need is a valve to control the amount of water. Anything that brushes the wheel at the front will spread the water and keep it from splashing you as well.

Thank you, I realize that, it's how my Raytechs work. I am looking for info from others who have actually done a conversion on a Titan. A spray system eliminates the need for dangling cloth or carpet like the Raytechs use and would eliminate engineering holders for such things. I know there are folks out there who have done this conversion, looking for first hand info and source for spray nozzles.

You might be on your own on that one, Gunsil. Have never heard of anyone rigging a spray system to any machine since I've been cutting. I know there are engineers, millwrights, and tradesmen who build all kinds of things, but most people opt for simplicity, commonly available components, and proven results.
Make good notes and patent the sucker when you get it done.
